  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstance, unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement signed by EDB Academy.
  • Chargebacks are considered fraudulent. If you submit a chargeback, we will provide evidence of:
  • Access logs
  • Completion records
  • Communications
  • Agreement to these Terms during checkout

Legal action may be pursued for fraudulent claims.

3. Payment & Billing

Payments are processed through:

  • Maverick Payments
  • EasyPay

You authorize us to charge your payment method for the agreed price. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or removal from services.

We utilize ClickFunnels and Manychat for support and automation. All communication may be stored and used to improve user experience. You agree to receive email updates unless you opt out.
